The Honan Block Building | Woonsocket, RI

NWC's commitment to preservation-focused redevelopment is exemplified in this Woonsocket RI project. This historic, steel fronted building on Main Street was carefully restored, with attention to period detail and materials. A former eyesore is now contributing to the re-emergence of the city's downtown, with commercial space on the first floor, and an owner-occupied artist loft above.
