Nation Wide Construction was selected to join the team to turn this vacant building located in Woonsocket, RI into 9 affordable apartments. The building was completely gutted down to the structural framing. The existing foundation required reinforcement and much structural steel was incorporated into the existing frame before this building could be put back together.

This project started July 2012 and completed December 2012.
