The Riverview Apartment’s Project was an extensive interior and exterior modernization project which included, new kitchen and bathroom cabinets, exterior wall finishes, emergency generator and elevator upgrade. The grounds were also landscaped around a new patio area. The entire existing exterior finish was removed in preparation for a new painted stucco finish. The interiors and hallways were systematically completed floor by floor. The operation took place with minimal impact to the tenants and staff.
