Nation Wide Construction was selected to join the team to turn this vacant building, once known for decades as Mulvey’s Hardware, into 6 apartments located on the upper levels and converting the lower level into a commercial kitchen, exhibit hall area, and arts studio areas.

This project started early 2015 and completed in  2016.
