NWC was selected to work along with the design team of O’Heane Associates to assist in bringing the renovations of this historic mill village into reality. This  project consisted of a total gut rehab of 9 existing buildings and the construction of 2 new buildings totaling 53 units all for the Preservation of Affordable Housing. This project started in July of 2014 and completed in  December 2015.
