Project Description:  Multi-Unit Mill Conversion / Commercial Space

This project involved the rehabilitation of several existing contiguous concrete and masonry mill buildings that was originally constructed in many phases. It primarily consisted of a 3-story concrete building which was originally built in 1911. NWC was selected to convert this mill into forty-seven (47) one, two and three bedroom affordable and market rate apartments and commercial space at the lower level. This project was started in August of 2009 and reached completion by the end of December 2010.
